Red Deer Venison Burgers

These naturally lean venison burgers are the ideal choice for the health-conscious meat-eater. Rich venison meat has been ground finely and shaped into fresh patties available in various sizes. Much lower in fat than regular beef patties, they provide a burger eating experience that's just as delicious but without piling on so many pounds! Venison is also fortified with protein, iron, zinc and other healthy nutrients, making it a healthier substitute for other red meats.

Be sure to grill these more carefully than regular beef patties. Since venison is leaner than beef, it dries out more quickly, so keep a close eye on them unless you enjoy eating charred hockey pucks!

Our venison is provided by Broadleaf Game. For several decades they've sourced some of the finest specialty meats from around the world and distributed them to homes and restaurants around the USA. They're America's primary distributor of Greg Norman Australian Wagyu beef, but also specialize in North American bison, Texas Wild Boar and other cuts. Their venison is sourced from New Zealand farms where all deer are free range and raised on a natural diet. No hormones, steroids or GMOS are used, and the farms adhere to a strict animal welfare code.
