Duck Breast Cured and Dried

Fabrique Délices’s cured and dried duck breast is an innovative meat product that acts as a great substitute to prosciutto and other hams. Each breast is dried and cured using a special process that reinforces the rich flavors of the duck. The result is a prosciutto-like product that can be enjoyed the same way as that famous Italian ham. In fact, it can even be combined with traditional prosciutto pairings such as melon, cheese or olives. Once sliced into thin pieces with a knife or deli slicer, it’s delicious eaten by itself, but can also be used in sandwiches, salads and appetizers. Should you have any leftover meat (not likely!), you can wrap it in plastic film and store it in a refrigerator for up to 7 days.
