Easy Caramelized Almonds Recipe

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 oz. whole Marcona almonds
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • Cooking spray

  1. Heat oven to 350 °F.
  2. Spray a baking tray with cooking spray.
  3. In a bowl, mix the egg with the water, trying not to get bubbles when you mix, then add in the almonds until they are all coated.
  4. Add the sugar and salt.
  5. With a fork transfer them to the tray, making sure they don't stick together. Cook for 8 to 12 minutes until they are golden. Let cool.
