and citric acid, an artisan process that preserves their delicious
taste and nutrition without the use of preservatives or dyes. A touch of sugar also brings a sweeter note to these delightful morsels.
You can enjoy them grilled, fried,
roasted, steamed, boiled, or sauted
in olive oil and browned with a tasty sweet crust. Serve with onions, bread and linguini. Alternatively, pluck them straight out of the jar and eat them raw for a rewarding midnight snack!
