Made from raw goat's milk and Cencibel wine (a traditional wine of the La Mancha region), this delicious artisan Spanish cheese is cured for about 6-8 months in Buenalba's La Prudenciana estate in La Mancha. The wine is not only rubbed with the wine, but also infused with it, so it has a bold violet hue and a great, distinctive flavor.
Ingredients: goat raw milk, salt, animal rennet, wine, lactic ferments and egg lysozyme (E-1105).
