These sausages are made by Broadleaf, a specialty meat company based in the Los Angeles area of California. They prepare and distribute a diverse range of fresh and cured meats from across the globe, such as New Zealand venison, Texas wild boar, Spanish Iberico pork and Australian Wagyu Beef. Their bison products are derived from North American pastures where animals are humanely treated and raised with a free-range lifestyle and natural diet devoid of antibiotics or steroids.
