Q:What is the shelf life of this item. How long can it be refrigerated once opened.
A:The shelf life of the salami is around 6 weeks, kept refrigerated and unopened. Once opened it should be used within 5-7 days. It should be kept refrigerated, tightly wrapped or in an airtight container.
