About Italian Siberian Sturgeon (A. baerii) Caviar - Malossol, Farm Raised

This luxurious caviar comes from the Siberian Sturgeon, Acipenser baerii, is a very close relative to Caspian Osetra caviar. With large, glossy eggs that have a smooth, silky texture that pop beautifully, and earthy and nutty flavors so similar to Osetra caviar, this is a great alternative to the pricier Russian and Iranian Osetra. This sustainable caviar is farmed in Italian aqua farms, under strictly controlled conditions that replicate the Siberian rivers, their now polluted natural environment. Italian Siberian Sturgeon caviar is a delicious but also environmentally friendly caviar that helps preserve the endangered wild sturgeon populations.

Q: How long will the caviar last unopened
A: Caviar will last up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator if it is unopened and stored properly (in the coldest part of the refrigerator, never on the door shelves). Upon opening it should be consumed in maximum 24 hours.
