Q:I bought this but there are no directions. How do I cook this?
A:This is the recipe on the label of the product: Put one or two tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and pour the rice, let it toast for a few seconds mixing well with a wooden spoon. Add some white wine, add salt and cover with boiling broth (or water and beef cube). Let it cook for 20 minutes and, at the end, add some butter or olive oil, some grated Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
