Eugenio Brezzi
The story of Eugenio Brezzi starts when he was a small child in Arezzo, in the Maremma Toscana of Italy. Spying a man with his dog hunting for truffles and taking it for a game, he took a piece of truffle home and trained his dog to find it. The game grew into a fantastic business that's still going strong almost a century later. He later sensed that there was big business in small truffles, and decided to specialize in preserving these smaller tubers, creating preserves, creams, pastes, concentrates and all manner of truffle specialties.
