Ingredients

Directions
  1. Using a standard 4-sided grater, grate the tomato using the side with the widest holes, so it cuts it, while also mashing it a bit. Switch to the side with the smallest holes and grate the garlic clove. Mix the tomato and garlic with the truffle oil, truffle salt and pepper.
  2. Slice the baguette cross-wide intro ½ inch slices. Arrange on an oven tray and toast.
  3. Spread the truffle mix over the toasted bread, and garnish with 2-3 slices of shaved truffle.
