Using traditional methods, El Capricho begins the creation of its SalMŭria with the finest European anchovies. Caught off the coast of Spain in the Cantabrian Sea, these little fish are prized for their delectable flavor. Mixed with nothing but sea salt the anchovies are aged for 12 to 18 months, at which point the delicious extract is created. Additive-free, El Capricho’s anchovy extract is made of simple high-quality ingredients, that guarantee a delicious end product every time.
