French Fusette Baguette - Frozen

From Bridor Bakeries' new line of Lenotre breads comes this yummy little Fusette baguette. A smaller, individual-sized version of a classic baguette, the Fusette is par-baked and frozen, and only needs about 10 minutes in the oven. Crusty on the outside, pillow-y and soft on the inside, use this for sandwiches, breakfasts and tea baskets and more. Ideal for the hospitality industry, these baguettes are perfect for restaurants, B&Bs, hotels, caterers and large events.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, salt, yeast, wheat gluten, deactivated yeast, wheat germ, malted wheat flour. May contain: traces of dairy products, traces of nuts, traces of sesame.

Q:My freezer just will not hold 50 Fusette Baguettes!!! Do you ever sell just 25????? Love the French Butter. Henry

A:The Fusettes are pre-packaged by the manufacturer in cases of 50 each. They do not offer them in a smaller count than 50 and unfortunately we cannot break the cases either.
