Pear Puree

Refreshing and mild pear puree made from meticulously selected pears made with a pasteurizing process of rapid heating and cooling that preserves the fresh taste and color. Defrost the puree in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours before using, or in the microwave at moderate temperature. Use them to create delicious cocktails, smoothies, and pie fillings.

Ingredients: Pear 90%, Invert sugar syrup 10%

A:Unopened, refrigerated puree will keep for up to 4 weeks. Once opened, puree will only last a few days. You an also freeze any left over puree for up to 3 month.
