Morello Cherry Puree

Sweet, intensely red Morello cherry puree made from meticulously selected Morello cherries, made with a pasteurizing process of rapid heating and cooling that preserves the fresh taste and color. Defrost the puree in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours before using, or in the microwave at moderate temperature. Use them to create delicious smoothies, and pie fillings.
Ingredients: Morello cherry 88%, Invert sugar syrup 12%.
Availability: Usually ships within 1 business days. Product is perishable and must ship via Overnight service.

Q:Since it is perishable and needs to ship via Overnight...how long will it last afterwards? Once it is opened can it be frozen and preserved?
A:The Morello Cherry Fruit Puree can be stored frozen after opening as well. It has a long shelf life - 12 months kept frozen.
