This spectacular Balsamic Vinegar from Modena by Acetaia Terra del Tuono is deep, dark, syrupy and delicately aromatic, with hints of ripe grapes and well-blended tannins. The flavor is developed by choosing the best grapes, boiled and macerated, then aged to perfection for years in different wood casks. Perfectly balance with a delicious bittersweet flavor, characterized by its low acidity, and clean, lingering aromatic finish. Acetaia Terra del Tuono, loosely translated to "Land of Thunder Vinegar Estate", is a family-owned vinegar estate right in the middle of Reggio Emilia and Modena, the veritable balsamic Mecca of Italy.
Ingredients: Concentrated and slow cooked musts from Italian grapes, wine vinegar, contains sulphites. A 100% natural premium product, no food colorings, no thickening agents, no caramels, no preservatives are added.
