Everything in these puffs, including the pastry and ingredients, are pre-cooked and perfectly frozen. To prepare, bring to room temperature (10 minutes or so). Heat oven to 375 F, remove plastic and place on a cookie sheet or baking pan. Bake 15-20 minutes or until hot. Not suitable for microwave ovens. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
