White Peach Bellini Recipe

Ingredients

1 bottle Prosecco, well chilled
6oz White Peach puree
Fresh peach slices

Directions

To create your Bellini, pour an ounce of white peach puree into the bottom of a champagne flute. Top with a small amount of Prosecco, and using a cocktail spoon, stir to incorporate the sparkling wine and the puree. Fill the glass with Prosecco and garnish with a single slice of fresh peach.

Q:is it must that always peach bellini look like white or it depends on on fruit you use

White peach bellinis have a pale, creamy, or off-white color, often with a slight pinkish hue, due to the use of white peach puree and Prosecco.

For a red to dark pink color we can recommend using Ruby Peach Puree instead.
