A:We do not recommend freezing the mousse as this can damage the texture.

A:The Goose and Duck Foie Gras Mousse Supreme is ready to eat. It is shipped out chilled (fresh).
Q:-What is the shelf life for this product when it is unopened and refrigerated?

A:The shelf life of this product is 8 weeks refrigerated, unopened. Once opened it will last for 10-14 days refrigerated.
