1 lb. - Murcia Al Vino: made from the milk of Murciano-Granadina goats, which feed on grass and wild herbs, this cheese is soaked in wine for a striking flavor and aroma -  pairs excellently with red wine.
1 lb. - Iberico Semicured Cheese - 3 months:a Manchego-style cheese made with cow, goat, and sheep's milk.
1 lb. - Manchego - 6 Months: from La Mancha, sheep's milk cheese rubbed with olive oil.
1.75 lb. - Tetilla Campobello: from the Galicia region of Spain, this is an extremely versatile cow's milk cheese with a creamy texture and mild tangy flavor.
1 lb. - Mahon: from the island of Menorca, a sharp cow's milk cheese with fruity notes and an orange rind.
