Q: Has this salmon been previously frozen. Can it be put in the freezer? Thanks
A: This salmon is fresh, never previously frozen. You can definitely freeze it down. We recommend to use vacuum sealed, freezer safe containers to make sure the freezing process doe not affect the salmon.

Q: Is this salmon raised organically?
A: This salmon is raised by True North in Canada. Although the fish are not organic fed, True North is recognized as a sustainable farm and has BAP Certification for sustainability.

Q: Can this be eaten raw? Like sashimi?
