Q:Can you freeze creme de marrons? If not, how long will it stay fresh once opened?
A:The Creme de Marrons is a shelf stable product. Once opened, the container needs to be kept refrigerated and ideally used within a week. The Chestnut Spread can be frozen as well, but it needs to be transferred to freezer safe containers.
Q:Can the chestnut spread be eaten past expiration date if it has not been opened? Merci
A:We cannot suggest that you consume any products past their expiration date.

A:There are 59 g of carbs for a serving size of 100g (3.53 oz).
