Explorateur Triple Cream (pre-order)
Produced in Ile-de-France, this soft triple-crème cheese is made from cow's milk that has faint fragrance with a creamy texture. It has 75% of butterfat, which is possible by simply adding pure cream to the milk. This cheese tends to be salty and is a great ingredient to add to a salad or have with chilled champagne for any festive celebration. This cheese matures for 3 weeks before it is ready for sale.
Ingredients: Pasteurized whole cow's milk, cream, salt, Chymosin microbial rennet.
