How to Use
Notoriously tricky to make, we’ve eliminated the worries of making Genoise cake from scratch with this instant cake mix. Quick and hassle-free, combine 1000g Genoise Mix Gen-Prep with 600g Whole eggs and 200g Warm water. Combine the ingredients well, then whip on low speed for 2 minutes, followed by 4 minutes on high. Bake for twenty minutes at 355F (180C) and enjoy the tasty results! Excellent for many of our favorite classic preparations, use this mix to create everything from ladyfingers and madeleines to the Christmas-time favorite Buche de Noel!
