Passion Fruit Collins RecipeIngredients 2 oz dry gin 3/4 oz passion fruit puree 3/4 oz lemon juice 1/2 oz simple syrup2 oz soda water 1 fresh passion fruit Sprig of mintDirections Fill a Tom Collins glass with ice and place it in the refrigerator to chill. In a cocktail shaker half filled with ice, combine gin, passion fruit puree, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously and strain into your prepared glass. Scrape out the seeds and pulp from half a fresh passion fruit and stir into your cocktail.
