The cooking instructions are as follows: Conventional Oven: Remove 4 frozen stuffed crabs from the package and place on a cookie sheet into a preheated 450 degrees F oven for 35 minutes. Microwave Oven: Cook in microwave oven for 4 minutes for 1 stuffed crab. Add 3 minutes for each additional stuffed crab. Adjust to your oven.
