Artichoke Spread

Heir to a long agricultural tradition, Les Moulins Mahjoub company, based in Tebourba, Tunisia, produces a range of delicious natural products. Les Moulins Mahjoub company makes great use of the exceptionally good soil, using growing methods which respect natural and biological balances, use primarily traditional craft and hand processing techniques. These artichokes come from the historic artichoke-growing area - the valley of the Medjerda. Ideal for starters and cold salads and as garnish for grilled fish. It can be served as a snack with pre-dinner drinks or added as an ingredient in both hot and cold dishes, such a salads, pizzas and sauces. No additives or preservatives, refrigerate after opening.
