Most lamb shanks found in the supermarket or your hometown grocery, only make the fore shanks available for sale, these are, however, always significantly smaller than the hind shanks, and boast less meat. The hind shanks, on the other hand, are larger, and each carries a lot of meat, making them our personal favorite for sale and cooking!
