A simple, flavorful and wholesome product is always welcome in our store and in our pantries, so we’re so grateful to have found La Panzanella’s Mini Croccantini crackers and proud to offer them as the perfect companion to our acclaimed selection of cheeses and charcuterie. La Panzanella started as a neighborhood deli and bakery in Seattle, but soon their famous croccantini made them realize they needed share the goods with the rest of the country - and thus La Panzanella Artisan foods was created!

Croccantini are Italian for “crunchy little bite”, and that’s the perfect description for these little crackers. They’re made with wheat flour, olive oil and just the perfect hint of sea salt, but a mild, salty and savory flavor. They’re light and airy, but with a perfect crispy crunch that stands up to creamy or buttery cheeses, a thick slice of dry saucisson, or a thin slice of prosciutto or Iberico ham. We also just absolutely adore them with pates, foie gras, and rillettes. And of course, a slice of smoked salmon is a must-try. You really can’t go wrong with these crunchy crackers, they’re oh-so-versatile. They’re designed to have a cracked-by-hand look, for a rustic feel that gives any cheese board great personality and an artisan look.

You can also serve these crackers crumbled on top a creamy soup, or topped with hummus, scrambled or poached eggs, or perhaps a sweet and spicy jam or preserve. They have great structure so they don’t turn mushy, which we love. Tabbouleh is also a great partner! There is really no wrong pairing, and we recommend you keep these around for all sorts of entertaining or snacking occasions.

La Panzanella is a bakery and deli that started as a small, family-owned neighborhood deli in Seattle. Today they’re still owned by the same family, but their offerings have expanded beyond their deli, offering their Italian inspired baked goods to everyone who wants to savor them at home. Ingredients: Enriched flour (wheat flour, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), expeller pressed canola oil and extra virgin olive oil, sea salt. Processed in a facility that may utilize milk, soy and sesame.
