A tender and delicious duck salami sausage made from 100% Moulard duck breast, raised cage-free and humanely in New York's Hudson Valley. Rich and flavorful, the duck meat is mixed with spices, fresh garlic, white wine and black pepper, all in a natural pork casing. Hudson Valley Foie Gras cures their duck salami for 45 days for the deepest flavor. Serve this as part of a charcuterie platter, with a baguette as a snack or sandwich, or toss into salads Best at room temperature.
Ingredients: duck meat, non-fat dry milk, sea salt, water, dextrose, sodium casinate, garlic, spices, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, potassium mitrite, and lactic acid as starter culture.
