We source these beauties from Cape Grim collective, in the pristine, untouched rugged wilderness of the Australian island of Tasmania. With rich pastures flanked by the Southern Ocean and graced with an abundance of rainfall, Cape Grim cattle breathe some of the world must pure and clean air, and are properly cared for by a collective of beef farmers that practice sustainable farming and humane breeding and cattle care, hand-selecting and grading each steak.
