French Bayonne Ham - Bone-in

French Bayonne Ham is an air-cured delicacy from the Adour river basin in France's Basque Country, a rugged region that prides itself on producing some of France and Spain's finest cuisine, particularly when it comes to meats. Air-cured using 100% natural salt from the springwaters of the Reine Jeanne d'Oraas spring, Bayonne Ham has an exquisitely tender texture and mild flavor with only a hint of saltiness. Classically presented with bone included, it could be the impressive centerpiece your evening soiree really needs. You can also cut it into thin slices like prosciutto, and serve on antipasto plates, meat platters and cheese boards.

This ham is presented by Delpeyrat, one of France's premier delicatessen producers. They are highly selective in their choice of pigs, following strict regulations (no steroids, no fish oils, no antiobiotics) to ensure their Bayonne Ham meets all the necessary criteria to receive its honorable, protected title.
