Ingredients

Directions
  1. Wash each apple and dry thoroughly. With a long wooden or bamboo skewer, pierce each apple right through the core.
  2. For the chocolate coating, first melt the chocolate in a double boiler or Bain Marie. Temper the chocolate for extra gloss if you want.
  3. Take each apple and grab it by the skewer, and dip into the chocolate. Let the excess drip into the bowl, then dip in the nuts, coconut flakes or pistachios.
  4. Finally, place in a pan lined with parchment paper to cool.
