In recent years, bison has stampeded its way into the US food scene due to its low-fat, heart-smart benefits as well as a naturally delicious taste. Averaging fewer calories, fat and cholesterol than even chicken or fish, it's also a rich source of vitamins, omega-3s, iron and protein, making it the healthy choice when those red meat cravings kick in.

Bison NY Strip Loin is cut to your desired thickness of steak - or, if you prefer, not cut at all - so you can enjoy it your own way. Cook the steaks to no more than medium-rare to avoid them drying out, and serve at your next backyard barbecue or indoor feast.

This bison is sourced from North American farms, and prepared and distributed by Broadleaf. Founded in the greater Los Angeles area in the 1980s, this specialist meat company offers a wide range of products, including Wagyu beef, venison, wild boar, Berkshire pork, Iberico pork and more specialty cuts enjoyed by chefs and restaurants across the country. Their bison products come from animals raised with a free-range lifestyle and natural diet devoid of antibiotics or steroids.

PLEASE NOTE: due to the natural unevenness that occurs from cut to cut, we cannot guarantee that every steak will be of uniform size and thickness. However, our butchers will do their best to keep them as close to your request as possible. Any trimmings will also be included with the steaks.
