Our Wagyu Chuck Ribs come from Australian free-range Wagyu cattle, tender, richly marbled and exploding with delicious flavor. Each rack of boneless rib meat is cut from the chuck section of the animal, near the front of the steer. With a Marble Score of 3, they're laced with a good amount of delicious intramuscular fat and full of beefy flavor, with none of the toughness usually found in this particular cut. Great for grilling or braising!

Our Wagyu comes from Australia, where the animals - the same breeds used for Japanese Kobe - are first raised on their mother’s milk and then enjoy grass grazing until they are finished with a minimum of 300 days of grain.
Meat will arrive chilled in a vacuum sealed bag. Will keep in the freezer up to 6 months. To defrost, thaw overnight in the refrigerator and use within 3 days.
