Sourced from Australian Wagyu beef cattle, our Wagyu Tenderloin Steaks, MS3 offer exquisite taste catered to the ardent meat lover who wants something far better than the usual grocery store steak. Exquisitely tender and beautifully marbled, each tenderloin is imbued with creamy intramuscular fat, more flavor and tenderness than even the finest store-bought steaks.

These tenderloins are best enjoyed with a coating of salt and pepper before being grilled or pan-seared on high heat to create a delicious brown crust. They can be oven-cooked for a short period afterwards, if you want them a little warmer in the middle (we would not recommend any higher than medium doneness, however, since you risk drying them out and losing that all-important Wagyu creaminess).

We source these delicious steaks from Broadleaf Game, who use the same purebreds of Wagyu that are used for Japanese Kobe, except that they’re raised on Australian pastures with Aussie cowboy know-how!bu
