The New York Strip is a steakhouse favorite, and our Wagyu MS 3 strip is a thing of delicious marbled beauty. Each hand cut and hand-trimmed steak weights is scored 3 on the marble score scale (1 through 12), which gives you buttery sweet Wagyu flavor, a soft texture and a great amount of marbling throughout the steak. You get the choice of one dozen 10 oz. or 12 oz. steaks, beautiful and delicious for any special occasion.

We source our premium Australian Wagyu from Broadleaf Game, one of the world’s bigger and more reputable companies. Their Wagyu beef comes from cows of the Japanese Kobe breed, with privileged genetics, raised humanely in lush, open fields for their first months, then finished to perfection on grain for 300 days. Antibiotic and hormone free, this is succulent, delicious all natural beef, high in Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids.
