Originating in Fujian Province – one of China’s most renowned tea producing regions – White Ambrosia is a rare white tea picked from the Great White “Chaicha” tea bush. Harvested only in early spring, this white tea has been processed very gently compared to green and black teas, and therefore possesses only a small amount of caffeine, providing a light-bodied cup that’s brimming with antioxidants. Sri Lankan coconut and Madagascar vanilla round it off with sweet, creamy notes that evoke the tropics in each sip.

These loose leaf Peony tea leaves are available in air-tight canisters of 35-50 servings depending on strength preference. Creating the optimum cup is as simple as using 1 or 2 teaspoons of leaves for every 8 ounces of water, and steeping for 2-4 minutes at 195 F. When making iced tea, use 3 teaspoons of leaves per 8 ounces of water.
