Each fig is hand-picked and selected for size and ripeness, then carefully washed and dried 48 hours in the Extremaduran sun. Rabitos started, and remains today, as a family enterprise, the creation of a young couple, Senador and Raquel Valero, who found the perfect recipe to highlight the delightful figs from their beloved town of Almoharin.
