Best caviar I've had. The flavor is sweet and nutty, and unlike a lot of other caviar brands, it's not too salty.

A:The caviar has a shelf life of 2 weeks, kept refrigerated and unopened. We do not recommend to keep it for after Christmas as it will go bad by then.
