Mandarin Puree

Sweet, sunny and refreshing puree made from meticulously selected mandarin oranges, made with a pasteurizing process of rapid heating and cooling adapted to this particular fruit and preserving the fresh taste and color. Defrost the puree in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours before using, or in the microwave at moderate temperature. Use them to create delicious cocktails, smoothies, and pie fillings.

A:This is puree from pulp not concentrate. 90% pure pulp and 10% added sugars.
