A:The Fig Puree will have the consistency of freshly pureed figs, once thawed out. There is no thickener used for this puree.

A:These are the values for 100g: Energy in Kj - 386, Energy in Kcal - 91, Fat in g - <0,1 (of which saturates in g - <0,05), Carbohydrates in g - 20,0 (of which sugars in g - 16,3), Fiber in g - 4,2, Protein in g - 0,7, Salt in g - 0,01.
