This was my first Fig cake with Anise in it, which was OK, but unexpected. I should have read the ingredients on the Product page and NOT in the picture displayed. You're not getting the Mitica brand shown in the picture (which is really good btw). Another thing was the Almonds, unlike any other Pan de Higo I've had, they are clumped as a layer in the middle of the wheel and NOT distributed all thru. That's why I can't rate it more than OK...
