Feuille de brick, also known as 'brick' pastry, is originally a Tunisian invention but has been embraced by the French and become a popular addition to classic, Gaulish cuisine. Similar to filo dough but sturdier and richer in flavor, it’s easy to fold and mold into whatever shape suits your needs. Thicker than filo and much more elastic, our brick pastry won’t crack, making it exceptionally easy to work with. Each package of our foldable crepes includes 10 individual sheets. These packages are sold singly or in bulk packages of 25 x 10 crepes.
