Apple Paste

Apple Paste will be a unique, surprising (and most of all delicious!) addition to your next cheese plate. Essentially the same as membrillo (a Spanish sweet usually made from quince), except made from apples, it's a versatile and tasty ingredient that can be enjoyed a number of different ways.

This membrillo has a bright, appley flavor that pairs wonderfully with creamy cheeses such as chevre, Roquefort, Gorgonzola and Gruyere, but can also be enjoyed by itself or on crackers or bread. Either way, it's one of our most unique products, and something you won't find in the grocery store, so buy sweets online instead. Apple Paste is handmade in Valencia, Spain by four brothers who bring artisan expertise to their work, resulting in delicious, authentic flavors.
