This pasta lends itself well to a wide variety of sauces, from hearty ragus to creamy alfredo. The Chiocciole is a classic Italian shape that is both versatile and tasty. Italian for snail, these rounded noodles do look similar to small fat snails, and their fine ridged exterior is perfect for catching and holding whatever sauce they’re paired with.
