Processed the same day it is caught, our frozen eel is bursting with fresh flavor! Sourced from the African island of Madagascar, these eels are caught fresh and flash-frozen immediately to preserve their delicious taste and texture. Kept frozen, they are shipped overnight so that when you receive your eel, it’s as though it had just been caught the day before!
