Coconut Paloma RecipeIngredients2.5 ounces coconut puree 1.5 ounces fresh lime juice2 ounces Tequila1 ounce elderflower liqueurLime wheels and mint for garnish flaked coconut*For the Coconut Rim Starting with a chilled rocks glass, take a wedge of lime and run the fruit around the rim of the glass. Turn the glass onto a small plate full of flaked coconut, turning the glass until you have created an even rim around the top. For the CocktailAdd tequila, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and coconut puree to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into your prepared glass. Add ice to fill and garnish with a wheel of fresh lime and a sprig of mint.
