Cerignola Green Olives

Also known as "Bella di Cerignola" (the beauty from Cerignola), these plump, green Cerignola olives are beloved for their size and mild flavor. They're grown in olivars outside of the town of Cerignola, in the Italian provincia of Foggia. Fleshy and firm, these Italian green olives with just the right amount of piquancy are perfect for an appetizer or antipasto.
Ingredients: "Bella di Cerignola" olives (81-90 olives/kg), water, salt, acidity corrector: citric acid, lactic acid, antioxidizer: L-ascorbic acid.
