Raspberry Rose Petal Jam

A delicate and delicious combination of raspberries and rose petals, made into a fragrant, sweet compote. Use it to pair with cheeses, the sweet, floral flavor goes wonderfully with fresh cheese especially, and also fabulous when partnered with roasted duck or chicken. Made in small batches in Mantua, Italy, by Paola Calciolari, following a tradition now over 20 years old and using local produce.
Ingredients: raspberries 70%, sugar, puree of rose petals 1.8%
